Do you provide free replacement of channels when I use your settings but upload my own channels?

Free replacement of channels is only applicable for channels sourced from our providers & vendors.

As part of free replacement policy you need to use the same settings that is provided by our team.

If you breach the policy by making any custom changes in the admin settings. Then, the channels won’t be replaced. And you have to purchase new batch channels.

Our channels vendor store the local SIM cards and virtual numbers used for channel creation process for 90 days. And hence, after activation we have time period to re-activate channels in case the channels are blocked. Since after two weeks of a WhatsApp number blocked permanently. Is available for re-sign up as new channels.

Hence, the free replacement is provided by our vendors and we forward it to our clients.
